Hilton Forgets Passport At Home, Misses Cannes Beginning

New York: Socialite Paris Hilton missed the start of the Cannes Film Festival last week as she forgot her passport at home.

Hilton`s plan to join her sister Nicky and brother Barron for the start of the glamorous festivities got ruined when she forgot her passport and could not board a flight in

Madrid, Spain, reported the New York Post.

Later in Cannes, Nicky Hilton was overheard telling fellow revellers, “She (Paris) had to turn around and get another flight.”

However, Hilton, who recently broke up with The Hills star Doug Reinhardt, managed to fly in to France to join her family for the Monaco Grand Prix at the weekend and has since been photographed partying in Cannes.
